On Wednesday I planted tomatoes and peppers in pots indoors and planted white potatoes, red potatoes, and garlic outside in the garden.
I'm having second thoughts about the real deal square foot garden. It will be expense and time to build it and I'm really running out of time for planting the stuff I bought. I need to get my onion sets, spinach and carrots planted. I'll have to find out if Jared has some time this weekend to help me build the raised bed; if not, I think I'll just put them in the ground with the rest of the garden.
I am going to try my red potatoes up into a round wire thing and see if that works, so I need to get some straw.
